A Story Rooted in Soil
WHERE IT TRULY BEGINS
From the soils of Ecuador to the orchards of the South of France, Chocolkan’s ingredients grow on land we know intimately — because we own it, and we care for it ourselves.
We do not source from anonymous suppliers. We grow cacao and hazelnuts sustainably, and with respect.
CACAO — OUR PLANTATION IN ECUADOR
Ecuadorian cacao, grown with intention.
High in the tropical regions of Ecuador, our family cultivates cacao plantations rooted in biodiversity. Each pod is hand-harvested and fermented under open skies — never rushed, never outsourced.
This is not a commodity. It is a living expression of place, weather, and human care.
“Our farm is more than a supplier — it is the heartbeat of Chocolkan.”
HAZELNUTS — OUR ORCHARD IN FRANCE
Sun-grown in the South of France.
In the rolling hills of the French southwest, we cultivate hazelnuts on our family-owned orchard where tradition meets farming. Our nuts are rich in texture and nutrients — and integral to both Chocolkan and Cerekan.
From this land, we extract a smooth, natural hazelnut paste used to complement our cacao with healthy fats and micronutrients that support brain function.
REAL PEOPLE, REAL CRAFT
From our hands to yours.
We believe food is only as honest as the people behind it. That is why our process is personal. From harvest to roasting, each step is handled by people we know — often family, always local.
TRACEABILITY & INTEGRITY
Every pod and nut has a name, and a place.
Transparency is not an afterthought — it is our starting point. Since we grow our own ingredients, we know exactly what goes into every batch of Chocolkan. This is why we are trusted by partners and customers alike.
